blockages

We awoke this morning to find our toilet blocked. With the personal plumbing of 2 adults and 2 children at morning bursting point, we called the plumber. You probably don’t want the details, so let me just say
Praise God for plumbers.

  1. Just think, before plumbing, all you would have needed to do was buy a new bucket.

  2. Just think, a few weeks ago it could have been 4 adults and two children….

  4. You know, plumbing is a good analogy (me being a psychology major). Mentally, many people let negative things in life get inside their mental “digetion”. Self-image, insecurity, depression, bitterness, anger, hate, poor relationships, stress.
Many times, we don’t even realize what mental refuse is sitting in our systems. Some people ignore a plugged toilet. Some people go somewhere else. But most people will take the time to unplug it. Why are we more concerned with unplugging our toilets than we are in clearing out our brains sometimes? Are we too busy? Oh well, it’s just our minds anyway.
